— Chargeback management, recall exposure mitigation, anti-fraud operations
— Approval-rate analysis and decline resolution
— Payment department of 40+ operators, 24/7 rotation

Selected impact:
— Eliminated a systemic reconciliation defect (receipt → transaction-ID matching)
— Removed bank-recall exposure on sub-minimum deposits — resolution collapsed from ~6h
— Compressed operator onboarding 30 days → 3
— Held resolution SLA under 1h via delay attribution (operator vs. provider)
