Junior Lawyer / Legal Counsel (iGaming)

Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and amend contracts and NDAs
- Work with Affiliate, Payment Provider (PSP), and Service Agreements
- Support negotiations and communicate with counterparties
- Identify contractual risks and escalate complex cases to the Legal Team Lead
- Support KYC / KYB, corporate documentation, and basic legal research
- Maintain contract registers and legal documentation

Requirements
- 1+ year as a Junior Lawyer / Legal Counsel / Legal Assistant
- iGaming / betting experience is required
- Experience with Affiliate, PSP, and Service Agreements is required
- Understanding of contract law and basic corporate law
- Upper-Intermediate+ English, including legal English
- Attention to detail, good communication, ability to multitask

Will be a plus
- KYC / KYB knowledge
- Experience with international counterparties

🔍 Head of Affiliates (iGaming)
Responsibilities:
Develop and own the global affiliate strategy aligned with company revenue goals
Scale the affiliate channel across Tier-1, Tier-2, and Tier-3 markets
Identify new GEO opportunities and partnership models
Develop go-to-market strategies for launching new brands through affiliates
Attract and onboard high-value affiliate partners and networks
Negotiate commercial deals across CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key affiliate partners
Own affiliate P&L, revenue targets, forecasting, and budget allocation
Analyze LTV, CAC, ROI, retention, payback period, traffic quality, and profitability
Optimize commission models and commercial terms
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing affiliate team
Define KPIs, reporting systems, processes, and workflows
Work closely with Marketing, Product, CRM, Payments, Risk, Compliance, and Finance teams
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in iGaming Affiliate Marketing
Proven experience managing and scaling affiliate programs
Strong expertise in CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models
Experience working across multiple GEOs (Tier-1–3)
Strong understanding of affiliate traffic sources and the iGaming affiliate ecosystem
Experience owning P&L and revenue targets
Strong financial and analytical skills
Proven team leadership and people management experience
Strategic mindset with strong execution skills
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
English — Upper-Intermediate or higher

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement SEO strategy for target GEOs
- Lead the SEO team, set priorities, and control results
- Manage on-page, technical, content, and off-page SEO
- Monitor rankings, organic traffic, indexing, and key SEO metrics
- Conduct competitor and SERP analysis
- Prepare SEO tasks for developers and content teams
- Manage internal linking, website structure, and technical SEO improvements
- Oversee link-building and backlink quality
- Work with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs / SEMrush / Screaming Frog
- Prepare SEO reports and present results to management
- Improve and automate SEO processes using AI tools

Requirements:
- 3+ years of SEO experience
- Experience as Senior SEO / SEO Team Lead / SEO Manager

- Ability to analyze data and turn it into actionable SEO tasks
- Experience in iGaming or other competitive niches will be a plus
