🚀 Senior BI Performance Analyst
Location: Limassol, Cyprus
Employment Type: Full-time, on-site in company offices, with an option for hybrid work after the first month

We are looking for an experienced Senior BI Performance Analyst to support Sales and VoIP operations with data-driven insights.

This role partners with senior stakeholders on performance monitoring, KPI governance, escalations, and actionable recommendations. The ideal candidate is confident in senior-level discussions, can challenge assumptions, and can clearly defend analytical conclusions.

📊 Responsibilities:

* Support Sales leadership with performance analysis, KPI validation, and escalations
* Analyze large datasets across sales, customer interactions, and VoIP performance
* Translate business questions into clear analysis and recommendations
* Build and maintain KPI dashboards and frameworks
* Present insights to senior management
* Identify optimization opportunities and support continuous improvement

✅ Requirements:

* 4+ years of experience in BI, Business Analytics, Revenue Analytics, or Operations Analytics
* Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets
* Experience working with senior stakeholders
* Strong analytical thinking and business understanding
* Ability to handle performance discussions under pressure
* Clear communication skills
* Fluent English, written and spoken

🎁 Advantages:

* Experience with KPI frameworks
* Experience with Qlik or other BI tools
