Cost Manager / Financial Analyst (Construction)

📍 Paphos, Cyprus | On-site

At INEX, we develop residential and commercial projects across Cyprus, managing the full lifecycle — from land acquisition to construction and delivery.

We are currently looking for a Cost Manager / Financial Analyst to join our team in Paphos and support cost control and financial performance across active construction projects.

🔹 Key responsibilities:
• Project cost control and budgeting
• Variance analysis (profits & expenses)
• Cost allocation and reporting
• Cash flow forecasting and financial projections
• Coordination with Project Managers and Accounting
• Verification of contractor and supplier invoices
• Payment scheduling and approval process
• Supporting project reporting and stakeholder communication

🔹 Requirements:
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, QS, or related field
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Strong Excel skills
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Russian (required), English B2+
• Experience in construction is an advantage
