🚀 Senior Analyst (iGaming)

We’re looking for a data-driven analyst to grow the business through insights and real impact.

📊 What you’ll do:
• Analyze key metrics (GGR, NGR, LTV, ARPU, churn, ROI)
• Find growth opportunities & bottlenecks in the funnel
• Build dashboards (Power BI / Tableau)
• Run A/B tests and validate hypotheses
• Turn data into clear insights & business actions

🧠 What we expect:
• 3+ years in analytics (iGaming is a must)
• Strong SQL and/or Python
• Experience with BI tools
• Solid understanding of LTV, retention, churn, funnel
• Data-driven mindset & business thinking

⚡️ Nice to have:
• Experience with A/B testing
• Strong prioritization skills
• Ability to influence decisions

🎯 Goals (first months):
• Audit current analytics
• Set up dashboards & alerts
• Identify funnel gaps
• Deliver at least 1 improvement (+5–10%)
• Build weekly reporting with insights

🌍 Conditions:
• Remote
• Flexible working hours
