🚀 Senior CRM Manager (iGaming / Retention)

We’re looking for a CRM expert to drive player engagement, retention, and lifecycle marketing.

📊 What you’ll do:
• Implement and develop RFM segmentation
• Build CRM content plans by player segments
• Manage channels (Email / Push / Onsite)
• Work with casino content (slots, providers, tournaments)
• Personalize offers and player journeys
• Launch and optimize reactivation campaigns
• Run A/B tests and improve campaign performance
• Analyze metrics (deposits, retention, LTV)

🧠 What we expect:
• 3+ years in CRM / Retention
• iGaming / Casino experience is a must
• Strong understanding of funnels & key metrics
• Experience with segmentation (RFM is a plus)
• Data-driven mindset

🎯 Goals (first months):
• Implement RFM segmentation
• Structure CRM plan by segments
• Improve One → Active conversion
• Launch reactivation campaigns
• Increase CRM efficiency
• Deliver measurable results via A/B testing
