📍We at IGAMINGHUNT, a dynamic consulting company focused on high-risk industry, primarily iGaming, are expanding our team and seeking a passionate Business Development Manager to grow our client portfolio and actively contribute to recruitment delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Drive new client acquisition by initiating and closing new business opportunities in the iGaming sector
- Build, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers
- Present and sell recruitment and consulting services, clearly articulating value propositions tailored to client needs
- Develop and execute sales strategies to consistently meet and exceed commercial targets
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, hiring demands, and new opportunities
- Work closely with the recruitment team throughout the hiring process to ensure smooth client onboarding and high-quality delivery
- Optionally take part in recruitment activities (candidate screening, coordination, client communication), depending on experience and interest
Key Requirements:
- 2+ years of successful B2B experience in iGaming (sales, business development, recruitment, or consulting)
- Strong understanding of the iGaming ecosystem, market dynamics, and key players
- Established professional network within the iGaming industry
- Confident negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Full professional proficiency in English
- Previous experience in recruitment agencies or selling HR / recruitment services is a strong advantage
- Experience combining commercial and delivery functions (BD + recruitment) will be considered a major plus
