📸Art Director (Advertising & Marketing)
iGaming – Valencia, Spain

We’re looking for a hands-on Art Director with a strong background in advertising and marketing to lead visual projects from concept through execution. In this role, you’ll set the artistic vision, guide creative teams, and ensure high-impact marketing materials meet brand and quality standards.

📍This position is based in Valencia, Spain, with full relocation support provided.

What You’ll Do

- Lead the artistic direction of projects and manage designers and artists throughout the full production cycle;
- Oversee the development of visual materials—from early concepts to final assets—ensuring consistency and quality at every stage
- Juggle multiple projects, set priorities, and adapt timelines as needed
- Review creative output to ensure visual relevance, brand alignment, and effectiveness
- Maintain quality control and proactively improve workflows
- Cultivate a positive, collaborative team environment and serve as a creative role model

What We’re Looking For

- 3+ years of professional Art Director experience in a studio or agency, ideally with a focus on graphic illustration and visual content
- Proven experience in advertising and marketing projects, including photo production (portfolio required)
- Strong grasp of design production workflows, industry-standard tools, pipelines, and technical budgeting
- Excellent aesthetic sensibility with the ability to mentor and motivate creative talent
- Keen eye for visual detail and composition
- Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high creative standards
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency or higher
