An international and fast-growing iGaming company is looking for an experienced ๐๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ข๐ง๐๐ฌ๐ฌ ๐๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ ๐๐๐ง๐๐ ๐๐ซ to lead gaming operations with a strong focus on CRM, Customer Support, and VIP management.

โข Oversee daily gaming operations and ensure high customer satisfaction
โข Develop and implement CRM strategies to drive engagement and retention
โข Manage and optimize customer support processes
โข Lead VIP client management and enhance high-value player experience
โข Collaborate with product, marketing, and tech teams
โข Analyze player behavior and optimize performance based on data
โข Monitor KPIs and improve operational efficiency
โข Lead and mentor customer support & VIP teams

โข Must have experience in the iGaming industry
