BI Performance Analyst -
Full-Time | Remote across Europe / On-site in Cyprus
About the Role:
The BI department provides strategic business insights to company leadership and operational teams based on accurate, coherent, and accessible data.
We are looking for a senior BI Performance Analyst to work closely with Sales and VOIP teams, ensuring data transparency, performance monitoring, and actionable insights across VOIP and customer interaction metrics. Strong analytical thinking, practical business understanding, and the ability to explain findings clearly to senior stakeholders are key.
What You Will Be Doing:
• Act as the main analytical counterpart to Sales leadership, handling performance escalations and KPI disputes in real time
• Analyze large, complex datasets related to VOIP activity and sales performance
• Translate business questions and anecdotal feedback into structured data analysis
• Present findings clearly and confidently to executive-level audiences
• Define, monitor, and maintain KPI frameworks for alignment across departments
• Design analytical frameworks and performance views that support business decision-making
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within Sales and VOIP data
Requirements:
• 4+ years of experience in BI / Business / Revenue / Operations Analytics
• Experience working directly with senior business stakeholders (Sales leadership – strong advantage)
• Strong SQL skills with experience querying large and complex datasets
• Experience presenting analytical findings to management and influencing decisions
• Ability to clearly articulate and defend conclusions in high-pressure business discussions
• Strong business judgment and ability to handle ambiguity
• Fluent English (written and verbal)
Advantages:
• Experience in telecom / VOIP / fintech environments
• Experience defining KPI governance frameworks
• Qlik / BI tool expertise
