**Head of Growth | DTC Health & Wellness
**Remote / full-time

About the Role:
You're responsible for one thing: making sure this brand grows. You sit at the top of our growth operation and you manage the people and systems that drive acquisition, conversion, and retention. If numbers are moving in the right direction, that's on you. If they're not, that's on you too.

What You'll Be Managing:
— Media buyers and paid acquisition performance
— Creative directors and the content coming out of the team
— Acquisition strategy across all active and new channels
— Landing page testing and conversion optimization
— Email and SMS — making sure flows, campaigns, and sequences are running and
performing
— AOV — finding every opportunity to increase it
— Retention strategy — keeping customers coming back

Who You Are:
— You've done this before at a DTC brand and you have real results to show for it
— You know direct response marketing — supplements or similar aggressive verticals is a
strong plus
— You manage people well and you hold the team to a standard
— You're data-driven but you move fast — you don't wait for perfect information
— You communicate clearly and you're comfortable reporting directly to the CEO

Compensation:
We don't care what you're currently making — we'll beat it. That's not a negotiation tactic; it's just how we operate with senior hires.
— Base Salary: Starts at five figures monthly
— Performance Bonuses: Tied directly to growth metrics, with a percentage-based
structure tied to brand performance
— Long-Term Equity Partnership: For the right person, there is a path to an equity stake
in the brand
— Our expectation is that within the first 3–6 months, your total compensation is tracking
toward six figures monthly
