TaxDome is the №1 practice management platform for accounting firms in the US, growing 100x+ over the last 5 years.

We’re looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead 2–3 technical micro-teams and help build scalable solutions for a fast-growing global product.

💻 Tech stack: Ruby on Rails, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Docker, AWS, Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD

🔎 We’re looking for someone with:
• 8+ years in software development
• 2+ years as an Engineering Manager / Head of Engineering
• Experience leading remote/distributed engineering teams
• Strong background in software architecture and delivery management
• Great communication, people management, and mentoring skills

📌 In this role, you will:
• Lead and grow engineering teams
• Support planning, delivery, and process improvements
• Help teams build scalable and maintainable solutions
• Remove blockers and improve cross-team alignment
• Foster a strong engineering culture
