🌍 Fully remote

At TaxDome, we’re building the #1 practice management platform for accounting firms in the US and globally. We are a 400+ fully remote team across 40+ countries, helping tens of thousands of businesses worldwide.

We’re looking for a strategic Head of Design to lead and scale our design organization, improve design quality and speed, and build a culture where designers act as true UX partners in product teams.

🔎 What we’re looking for:
• 5+ years as Head of Design / Design Director
• Strong experience with complex B2B SaaS products and non-linear workflows
• Proven track record of scaling design teams through Design Leads
• Hands-on experience with Design Ops and improving design efficiency
• Strong ownership of Design Systems as a scaling tool
• Experience partnering closely with senior leaders across Product, Engineering, and Marketing
• Strong focus on business impact, UX quality, and team accountability

📌 What you’ll do:
• Lead and grow a team of 15+ Product and Marketing Designers
• Build a strong design structure with clear ownership and delegation
• Improve end-to-end design processes and increase execution speed
• Drive high-quality UX decisions backed by data, research, and usability insights
• Own the strategy for the Design System and cross-functional collaboration around it
• Partner with leadership to align design with product and business goals
• Oversee both product design and brand/marketing design consistency
