🎯 HR Generalist

We are building a SaaS platform for neuromarketing research with a focus on emotion and behavior analysis. Our mission is to help companies better understand their users through AI and neurobiology.

🌍 Work format: full-time, remote / hybrid (office in Limassol, Cyprus).

🔗 What you’ll be doing:

* Support employees through 1:1s, feedback collection, onboarding & offboarding.
* Manage HR documentation: contracts, addendums, policies.
* Administer SageHR, time off requests, and HR tools.
* Run full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviews, offers, onboarding.
* Maintain company materials in Notion & Miro, support engagement & culture.

💪 Requirements:

* 3+ years of experience as HR Generalist/HR Manager.
* Experience in IT/startup environment.
* Strong knowledge of HR processes (recruiting, HR admin, employee support).
* Confident English (international team).
* Hands-on approach, ability to multitask.
