🎨Senior Marketing Designer
Company: Sensemitter
We are building a SaaS platform for neuromarketing research with a focus on emotion and behavior analysis. Our mission is to help companies better understand their users through AI and neurobiology.
🌍Work format: full-time, remote / hybrid (office in Limassol, Cyprus).
🔗What you’ll be doing:
Develop and evolve the company’s visual identity (digital, print, events, merch).
Create designs for marketing campaigns: social media, newsletters, promo.
Support and improve website UX/UI.
Ensure brand consistency across all channels.
Lead creative processes and collaborate with marketing, product, and video production teams.
💪Requirements:
4+ years of experience in marketing/brand design (gaming/tech is a plus).
Experience working in startups (fast-paced environment, multitasking).
Strong portfolio (must include a link).
Proven leadership experience in managing design processes/teams.
Confident English (some team members are non-Russian speakers).
Excellent knowledge of brand identity, typography, and design systems.
Ability to work across digital, print, event, and merch formats.
Capable of handling projects from concept to final delivery.
