We are a fast-growing international iGaming brand actively expanding across the MENA region.
To support our growth, we are looking for an Arabic-speaking Affiliate Manager to join our team in Limassol and manage the following markets:
Egypt, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia π

π Responsibilities
β’ Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners across assigned GEOs
β’ Manage the full affiliate lifecycle: onboarding, tracking setup, and offer alignment
β’ Work with CPA / Hybrid / RevShare models
β’ Monitor traffic quality and performance (FTDs, deposits, retention, profitability)
β’ Negotiate commercial terms and scale top-performing partners
β’ Analyze KPIs and continuously optimize performance
β’ Collaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, Analytics, Finance)

β Requirements
β’ Fluent Arabic (mandatory)
β’ Working proficiency in English
β’ Experience in affiliate marketing, iGaming, or performance marketing
(entry-level candidates with relevant background are welcome)
β’ Solid understanding of CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models
β’ Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
β’ Willingness to work from the office in Limassol
