We are an international iGaming company (Online Casino & Sportsbook) operating across multiple markets.
As part of our expansion, we are strengthening our presence in Arabic-speaking markets and are looking for a specialist who will build a structured local marketing system β from market research to agency management and campaign execution.

π― Mission of the Role
To create a sustainable and scalable local marketing infrastructure, including:
β’ In-depth market research and competitive analysis
β’ Selection and management of local agencies
β’ Launch and coordination of local marketing initiatives
β’ Budget control and performance optimization

π§© Key Responsibilities
π 1. Research & Market Intelligence
β’ Research the local market (online & offline)
β’ Analyze competitors and their marketing activities
β’ Identify new channels and growth opportunities
β’ Monitor market trends and audience behavior
β’ Prepare insights and strategic recommendations
π 2. Local Marketing Strategy
β’ Adapt global marketing strategy to the Arabic market
β’ Propose and plan local marketing campaigns
β’ Coordinate campaign launches and execution
π€ 3. Agency Search & Management
β’ Research and select local marketing agencies
β’ Compare commercial proposals
β’ Negotiate cooperation terms
β’ Brief agencies and monitor execution
β’ Evaluate performance and optimize partnerships
π 4. Local Communications & Activations
β’ Organize local marketing initiatives and brand activations
β’ Ensure high-quality localization of marketing materials
β’ Coordinate production and external vendors
π 5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
β’ Track and analyze campaign performance
β’ Monitor cost efficiency
β’ Prepare regular reports
β’ Provide optimization recommendations

π€ Candidate Profile
We are looking for a proactive, structured, and analytical specialist.
β Required:
β’ 1β3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or project coordination
β’ Experience working with agencies or external vendors
β’ Strong research and analytical skills
β’ Ability to structure information and draw insights
β’ Fluent English (mandatory)
β’ Ability to work from the office in Limassol
β Nice to Have:
β’ French and/or Arabic language skills
β’ Experience in iGaming, betting, fintech, or other regulated industries
β’ Experience with offline activations
β’ Understanding of digital marketing channels
