VIP Account Manager / VIP Team Lead (Italian or Spanish speakers or just English)
📍 Location: Cyprus, Limassol
🏢 Format: Full-time | On-site(Office)
International iGaming company is expanding its VIP department and is looking for an experienced VIP Account Manager with Team Lead potential to work with high-value players.
Responsibilities:
• Management and retention of VIP players (active and inactive portfolios)
• Building long-term relationships via chats, calls, and messengers
• Development of personalized retention strategies, bonuses, and loyalty offers
• Monitoring player behavior and proactive reaction to changes
• Creation and management of VIP promotions, tournaments, and special events
• Handling payments, limits, escalations, and sensitive cases
• Tracking KPIs and portfolio performance
• For senior profiles: mentoring VIP managers and leading the VIP direction
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a VIP Account Manager in iGaming / online casino
• Fluent Italian OR Spanish (one language is mandatory)
• English B2+ for internal communication
• Strong understanding of VIP player psychology and retention mechanics
• Confident user of CRM systems and Google Sheets
• High level of responsibility, stress resistance, and proactivity
• Leadership mindset or Team Lead experience is a strong plus
