HR Administrator (Remote)
Role focus: HR documentation cycle: manage the complete HR document lifecycle, including preparation, routing for signatures, archiving.
C&B and Payroll inputs: prepare monthly C&B and payroll inputs, including gathering changes (hires/terminations, rates, bonuses, leaves/sick days), validation, and submission to Accounting by the cut-off date; perform post-payment reconciliations.
Contract administration: administer employment contracts, B2B agreements, NDAs, supplementary agreements, and offers using approved templates.
**Must-have:
2+ years of HR Admin/Payroll experience. English (C1) and Ukrainian/Belarusian/Russian - required.**

We are looking for a Senior React Native Developer (Remote) to lead the creation of our non-custodial wallet and crypto card products, bridging the gap between fiat and blockchain.

Role focus:
Product Impact: Build and scale a non-custodial crypto wallet and crypto card that bridges fiat and crypto; help us grow from tens of thousands to millions of users worldwide.
End-to-End Ownership: Own features fully - from architectural design and implementation to testing (Jest/Detox) and production monitoring; work across the full stack (UI + blockchain logic).
Tech & Collaboration: Stay ahead of the Expo/RN ecosystem trends, collaborating closely with Product and Design teams to shape user value and drive technical innovation.

Must-have: 5+ years in Frontend, with 3+ years in React Native (production). Expert in TypeScript & Expo. Strong product mindset.
