1️⃣HR Administrator (Remote)Role focus: HR documentation cycle: manage the complete HR document lifecycle, including preparation, routing for signatures, archiving, and controlling GDPR access.
C&B and Payroll inputs: prepare monthly C&B and payroll inputs, including gathering changes (hires/terminations, rates, bonuses, leaves/sick days), validation, and submission to Accounting by the cut-off date; perform post-payment reconciliations.
Contract administration: administer employment contracts, B2B agreements, NDAs, supplementary agreements, and offers using approved templates.
**Must-have:
2+ years of HR Admin/Payroll experience. English (C1) and Ukrainian/Russian (Fluent) - required.
**2️⃣**Talent Partner (Lead / Senior)
Location: **remote.
A key strategic role to shape our hiring processes and attract top-tier talent across all departments (Tech & Business).
Role focus:Acting as a trusted business partner to leadership, building/scaling the Talent Acquisition function.
Must-have:5+ years in TA, including 2+ years in a lead/team lead role. Proven success scaling recruitment in fast-growing organizations.
