-Languages: English fluent.

We develop innovative payment solutions in collaboration with key banks, VISA/MC schemes, APMs, and Open Banking providers. Our clients include licensed players in e-commerce, gambling, cross-border remittances, and other industries.
Who We're Looking For
An experienced and proactive Business Development professional capable of building and scaling payment acceptance and payout infrastructure in global markets. The ideal candidate should be focused on launching new payment channels and developing partnerships with banks, schemes, and fintech providers.
Key Requirements:
-Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in fintech, payments, or e-commerce in high risk verticals
-Direct experience working with merchants targeting European, UK, Australian, Asian, and MENA markets
-Strong network within banks, schemes, and PSPs
-Fluent English is required; native Russian; other languages are a plus
-Understanding of internet acquiring, APM, and Open Banking mechanics
-Based in Europe
-Strategic thinker, researcher, and operator in one
-Proven ability to build long-term partnerships and deliver win-win outcomes
Key Responsibilities:
1. Geography & Currencies
-WW acquiring and pay-outs in USD and EUR (E-COM, APM, Open Banking)
-Multi-currency acquiring and payouts
-Expansion into new GEOs as per the approved product strategy
2. Industry Verticals
-No restrictions โ from low-risk to high-risk and remittance services
3. Product Focus
-Priority on internet acquiring, APM, and Open Banking in the EU
4. Functionality (in order of priority)
-Identifying and launching channels with banks/payment systems (incl. VISA/MC)
-Integrating ready-made payment solutions via third-party infrastructure
-Identifying and implementing new business models and verticals
-Developing proprietary payment methods
-Competitive intelligence (models, pricing, volumes)
-Building market maps: banks, payment providers, clients
-Supporting launched channels and clients
5. Additional Expectations
-Active involvement in cross-departmental projects
-Ability to act as a project/product manager and business analyst
-Participation in relevant industry events and conferences
-Adherence to internal compliance and quality standards
Performance Evaluation Criteria:
-Launch of profitable solutions within 3 months
-Agreed roadmap with product teams within the first 1โ2 weeks
-Establishing close, strategic partnerships with channels and clients
-Positive ROI on exhibitions and events
Compensation & Motivation:
-Base Salary
-Bonus Program
1% of gross profit from a warm lead (channel/client)
2% of gross profit for launching a new solution (valid for one year from launch), then reduced to 1%
-Bonuses from different sources (clients and channels) are cumulative
Other Perks:
-All travel and representation expenses are fully reimbursed
-Training and participation in relevant courses and conferences are covered by the company
-1โ2 strategic offsites per year in Cyprus (1โ2 weeks)
