We’re looking for an experienced Senior .NET Back-end Engineer to join a global FinTech product team building high-load payment systems and secure digital asset infrastructure.
Hands-on FinTech experience is required.
You will be involved in:
• Designing and implementing event-driven and microservice architectures
• Building RESTful APIs and background services for real-time financial operations
• Participating in Agile ceremonies with product, QA, and DevOps teams
• Owning features end-to-end: architecture → development → testing → monitoring
• Refactoring and evolving legacy components for scalability and security
• Translating product & compliance requirements into strong test coverage
• Contributing to code reviews, CI/CD, and documentation
Requirements:
• Mandatory experience in FinTech
• 4+ years of commercial experience with .NET/C#
• .NET Core 3.1+ / .NET 6+, ASP.NET Core Web API
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architecture
• Multithreading, async/await, high-load system design
• MSSQL, Redis, caching, transactions, query tuning
• Saga, idempotency, DLQ patterns
• SOLID principles, clean code
• English for documentation; Ukrainian/Russian for communication
Nice to Have:
• Docker, CI/CD
• Azure (Functions, Service Bus, Cosmos DB, Key Vault)
• Kafka / RabbitMQ / EventHubs
• App Insights, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry
