AML officer in iGaming company
📍 Location: Cyprus (on-site or relocation)

Responsibilities:
- Review regulatory requirements and translate complex compliance standards into practical guidance regarding Safer Gambling, Complaints, and AML compliance procedures for Curacao and Anjouan B2C operations.
- Proactively analyze and research current and upcoming compliance requirements for existing and new licenses.
- Oversee the quality control process and ensure adherence to Safer Gambling and AML procedures.
- Manage escalations and case discussion queries, ensuring prompt resolution via the legal department.
- Support the Customer Service and Anti-Fraud teams with AML/CFT-related queries and due diligence requests regarding players or regulatory requests for information.
- Generate reports on various compliance-related topics to analyze the impact and share results with the legal team.
- Create manuals on regulatory compliance for Customer Service, Anti-Fraud, and Product teams.
- Maintain controlled audit trails for compliance reviews, approvals, and related documentation.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Excellent command of English (Russian is desirable).
- 3–5 years of experience in compliance or regulatory roles within the iGaming industry, preferably within the EU.
- AML certification is a plus.
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and report generation.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.

Задачи:
- Разработка и оптимизация флоу для onboarding, retention и reactivation пользователей;
- Формирование технических заданий для кросс-команд (дизайн, копирайтинг, аналитика);
- Верстка email-шаблонов в HTML и их адаптация под различные устройства;
- Создание и реализация автоматизированных email-цепочек в Customer.io или других сервисах;
- Подготовка сегментов и настройка контентных рассылок;
- Работа с репутацией отправителей: мониторинг показателей доставляемости, поддержание высокого рейтинга и минимизация попадания в спам;
- Анализ эффективности кампаний (OR, CTR, конверсии) и поиск точек роста.

Требования:
- Опыт работы в iGaming от 1 года;
- Понимание технических принципов работы email, SMS, push и тд;
- Опыт вёрстки HTML и работы с email-шаблонами;
- Понимание ключевых метрик коммуникаций и способов их улучшения;
- Навыки создания конверсионного контента для email-рассылок.
