Reconciliation Specialist (Remote)**

Our client, a fast-growing and tech-driven company in the iGaming industry, is looking for a Reconciliation Specialist to join their finance team. The company operates across international markets and is known for its innovative platforms and data-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform daily and monthly reconciliations across payment providers, gaming platforms, and bank accounts.
• Monitor and verify payment accuracy and completeness.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare reconciliation reports and assist with month-end closing.
• Collaborate with the CFO, payment partners, and banks.
• Support process improvements and automation initiatives.

Requirements:
• Experience in reconciliation, accounting, or financial operations (iGaming, fintech, or payments industry preferred).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial systems; BI or reconciliation tools are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English (other languages are a plus).
