About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join a mature, international team of around 200–300 professionals.
The role is confidential due to the business needs.

The position requires not only a strong financial leader but also someone deeply involved in day-to-day operations — managing payments, financial tools, and internal processes. The ideal candidate combines technical finance expertise with a business-oriented mindset, understanding how financial decisions affect P&L, cash flow, and the overall company strategy.

This is a key leadership role in a well-established structure — nothing needs to be built from scratch, but the new CFO will be expected to preserve, optimize, and improve existing systems and approaches.

Key Focus Areas
– Full ownership of the financial block (teams responsible for accruals, settlements, and payments)
– Oversight of cash flow, reporting, and financial operations across multiple entities
– Evaluation and optimization of payment tools and providers, including fee structures and commission models
– Continuous improvement of financial processes, planning, and forecasting systems
– Deep understanding of iGaming industry specifics, including regulatory and payment nuances
– Strategic involvement in decision-making, influencing business growth and efficiency
– Close collaboration with top management and cross-functional teams

Candidate Profile
– Proven experience as CFO or Deputy CFO (with ambition to step up)
– Hands-on professional with strong operational background — not just a controller, but a doer
– Excellent understanding of financial systems, cash management, and operational finance
– Interest in innovative payment instruments and fintech solutions
– Curious, adaptable, and open to experimenting with new approaches
– Structured and collaborative personality who can both cooperate and defend their position
– Motivated not just by stability, but by the opportunity to optimize, enhance, and modernize financial processes

Key Discussion Points During Interviews
– What initiatives or optimizations have you introduced in previous roles?
– Which payment systems and providers do you consider most effective, and why?
– How have you reviewed or renegotiated commission terms?
– Can you share a case where you improved financial efficiency or transparency within the company?

Requirements
– 10+ years of relevant experience in iGaming, Fintech, or Digital industries
– Strong analytical and strategic mindset, with deep operational involvement
– Knowledge of financial and accounting tools (1C, Excel, Xera etc. + banking&payment systems)
– Fluent Russian and English

Compensation & Benefits
– Salary range: €8,000–12,000 net per month
– Performance bonuses
– Relocation support to Cyprus if needed
– Background check is to be performed mandatory
