Role Overview:
The CFO will take full ownership of the company’s financial function, driving strategy, operational excellence, and sustainable growth. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting, compliance, and strategic investment, directly influencing key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead all financial operations: planning, reporting, cash flow, compliance.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support growth and profitability.
• Manage banking relationships, investments, and internal controls.
• Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team on business planning and risk management.
• Prepare the company for scaling and team development.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as CFO, Head of Finance, or Finance Manager in iGaming, fintech, or payments.
• Knowledge of multi-jurisdictional finance, compliance, and taxation.
• Strong financial planning, analysis, and cash flow management skills.
• Leadership and strategic thinking, with excellent communication.
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus.
