Position: Technical Payments Specialist

We are looking for a Technical Payments Specialist - a highly skilled technical specialist who will act as the bridge between merchants, gateways, and internal systems.
The role involves hands-on integration work, terminal setup, payout flow automation, and deep collaboration with developers to maintain and optimize our payment infrastructure.

✨ Requirements:
✔️ 2–4 years of experience in Payments Integration, Gateway Operations, or Fintech TechOps;
✔️ Solid understanding of payment flows, APIs, and webhooks;
✔️ Strong technical mindset with knowledge of SQL / JSON / XML and data mapping;
✔️ Experience with PSP dashboards, payout systems, and merchant integrations;
✔️ Comfortable debugging API responses and system logs;
✔️ Hands-on experience with transaction monitoring and terminal configuration;
✔️ Fluent in English/Russian (technical and operational communication).

✨ Nice to Have:
✔️ Experience in payments, gateway, fintech verticals;
✔️ Familiarity with fraud detection rules and risk algorithms;
✔️ Understanding of server-side architecture / database logic;
✔️ Basic scripting (Python, Postman, or Bash for automation testing).

✨ Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will work across multiple areas of the payment infrastructure, including:
✔️ Payments Bridge & Cross-Functional Operations;
✔️ Payout Infrastructure & Support;
✔️ Gateway Functionality & Issue Resolution;
✔️ Terminals & Connector Management.
