🚀 Email Marketing Manager (AI project) – Limassol, Cyprus
We are seeking a hands-on Email Marketing Manager to join a fast-paced, AI-driven team. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a high-growth startup environment and is ready to take full ownership of email marketing. You will report directly to the CEO and play a key role in driving user retention, monetisation, and overall business performance. Role is base in Limassol, Cyprus.
📍 Role:
• Plan, create, and manage end-to-end email campaigns (strategy, copywriting, design coordination, delivery, tracking, and optimisation).
• Develop impactful campaigns to maximise user retention, engagement, and revenue growth.
• Write clear, compelling, conversion-focused copy tailored to high-risk B2C markets.
• Monitor and analyse campaign results, implement A/B testing, and scale effective strategies.
• Apply knowledge of consumer behaviour and monetisation models to optimise performance.
• Collaborate with leadership on product and marketing initiatives that directly impact growth.
📍 Requirements:
• At least 2 years of recent experience in email marketing within high-risk B2C industries (iGaming, adult, dating, etc.).
• Demonstrated success in delivering campaigns that achieved measurable revenue results (examples required).
• Strong skills in campaign management tools (experience with Omnisend is an advantage).
• Excellent written and spoken English; Russian language skills are a plus.
• Results-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
