🚀 Project Manager (AI project) – Limassol, Cyprus
We’re looking for a hands-on professional who thrives in a high-growth, zero-bureaucracy startup environment. This is not a traditional corporate PM position — you’ll work closely with founders, engineering, marketing, and design to execute growth-critical projects with speed and autonomy. Role is base in Limassol, Cyprus.
📍 The role:
• Own the full project lifecycle: from idea to execution and measurable results.
• Launch and optimize growth experiments (funnels, monetization features, gamification, retention loops).
• Track and improve key metrics: MRR, ARPU, churn, and conversion rates.
• Execute rapid A/B testing cycles — test ideas, scale winning experiments.
Collaborate daily with product, marketing, and design to implement growth initiatives.
• Stay flexible and ready to shift priorities based on emerging business opportunities.
📍 The requirements:
• 2-5 years of experience in project or product management, preferably in high-risk industries or fast-paced startups.
• Proven track record of owning growth-related features or funnels with measurable results.
• Strong analytical mindset — fluent in KPIs, revenue modeling, and retention tracking.
• High autonomy and bias for action — comfortable making decisions and pushing projects forward without micromanagement
• Hands-on experience working closely with cross-functional teams (tech, marketing, design).
• Fluent English (B2+ level) is a must, Fluent Russian would be considered a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills — able to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
📍 The conditions:
