Our client is a UK-licensed Electronic Money Institution (EMI) and part of a global fintech group with over 18 years of experience in international acquiring, cross-border payments, and processing. Our infrastructure integrates regulatory expertise, in-house technology, and direct access to card schemes and payment rails across key markets. We deliver end-to-end PSP solutions with a strong international presence.
๐ผ Responsibilities:
-Full management and support of the company's existing partners
-Support clients at all stages of onboarding and post-onboarding
-Retain clients and increase revenue, influencing profitability
-Present and sell new solutions & payment channels to existing partners
-Understand client needs, ensuring timely upselling of products & services
-Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships
-Handle document management
๐ฏ Requirements:
-Experience in payment service projects is required
-At least 1 year as a Client Manager
-Proven experience working with merchants in Europe, UK, Australia, Asia, and MENA markets
-Excellent understanding of the Fintech / PSP solutions market
-Ability to create and develop partnerships
-Strong negotiation skills
-Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
-Languages: English (C1), Russian (native), other languages are a plus
EU zone location & work permit
