**
HR Generalist (Cyprus-based)**
Russian-speaking
Salary: €3000–€4000 (net)
Location: Cyprus office (preferred)
Team size: ~300 employees
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Generalist to take ownership of day-to-day people operations across several countries. You will be the go-to person for all HR-related topics - from onboarding and employee engagement to people analytics.
This role combines hands-on operational work with a strong focus on building trust, improving employee experience, and supporting managers in growing their teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop HR processes in PeopleForce, including employee records, contracts, and documentation
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and positive employee experience
- Coordinate business travel and provide travel support for employees - including personal arrangements for leadership when needed
- Track key employee milestones such as birthdays, anniversaries, and promotions, preparing internal posts and small celebrations
- Conduct regular 1-on-1s with employees to stay connected and understand team sentiment
- Identify and address potential issues early, escalating or resolving them in collaboration with managers
- Collaborate with the recruitment team on hiring priorities, feedback from probation periods, and overall candidate experience
- Drive team-building activities and internal culture initiatives to strengthen collaboration across distributed teams
- Lead internal communications, ensuring clear, consistent, and engaging messaging across teams - including updates, announcements, and people-related initiatives
- Track and report HR metrics, including turnover, probation success rates, and engagement indicators
Who You Are:
- 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist in a mid-sized or growing company (ideally 100–500 employees)
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR operations.
- Confident working with HR systems - experience with PeopleForce is a plus.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with remote teams
- Empathetic, trustworthy, and proactive - someone who naturally builds relationships and follows through
- English B1 is sufficient; Russian-speaking environment
- Based in Cyprus or open to relocation
