Position: Recruiter (iGaming)
Location: Limassol or remote
Schedule: Full-time, 5/2

Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: from posting vacancies to onboarding new hires
- Level of positions: junior and middle (for now)
- Actively source candidates for both standard and niche roles through LinkedIn, Telegram, HH and other platforms
- Communicate effectively with candidates in Russian and English, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Coordinate interviews and support hiring managers throughout the process
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and track recruitment analytics
- Contribute to process improvements and employer branding initiatives within the HR team
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in HR or recruitment (agency or in-house)
- Mass-recruitment experience will be an advantage
- English level B1+ and fluent Russian
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in iGaming, digital or tech fields
- Strong research and sourcing skills
- Motivation to grow and develop in HR and recruitment
- Your location and residence: EU or CIS (but outside RU and BEL)
