Finance Associate – Single Family Office - Cyprus-based only candidates
About the Company
Established in 2019, we are a family office managing a 9-figure AUM, focusing primarily on equity investments in the US market. Our track record spans several years of successful operations and growth.
The family office is based in Limassol, Cyprus and covers wide range of operation of the UBO and support to the investment team.
About the Role
We are seeking a Finance Associate to join our Family Office in Cyprus. The role will primarily involve supporting finance and office-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintenance of transactional records in Excel and customised software (training will be provided)
• Reconciliation of bank balances
• Generating and filing financial information: bank statements, invoices, bank forms, payment details
• Communication with banking providers and brokers
• Filling out KYC forms and other compliance documents
• Ad hoc reports to internal users as required
• Providing additional support to CFO
Qualifications and Skills
• Degree in Finance/Accounting or a finalist
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a role related to processing of financial data
• Basic knowledge of Excel functionality (PIVOT, LOOKUP, SUMIFS) or desire to learn
• Ability to process, handle, and analyse large data sets
• Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
• Fluency in English, knowledge of spoken Russian is desirable but not obligatory
• Ability to perform and prioritise multiple tasks
