Finance Associate – Single Family Office – Limassol, Cyprus
Key Responsibilities
• Maintenance of transactional records in Excel and customised software (training will be provided)
• Reconciliation of bank balances
• Generating and filing financial information: bank statements, invoices, bank forms, payment details
• Communication with banking providers and brokers
• Filling out KYC forms and other compliance documents
• Ad hoc reports to internal users as required
• Providing additional support to CFO
Qualifications and Skills
• 0-3 years PQE with degree in Finance/Accounting
• Experience in a role related to processing of financial data
• Basic knowledge of Excel functionality (PIVOT, LOOKUP, SUMIFS) or desire to learn
• Ability to process, handle, and analyse large data sets
• Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
• Fluency in English, knowledge of Russian is optional
• Ability to perform and prioritise multiple tasks
