Position: Head of Business Development
Location: EU Remote

We're scaling the future of crypto payments - and we need a strategic leader to drive global growth. If you’ve built teams, led expansion, and closed high-impact deals, this role is for you**.

What you’ll do:**
- Lead and expand a team of 6–8+ BizDev managers
- Own go-to-market strategy and pipeline performance
- Coach on deal-making and stakeholder engagement
- Drive international expansion and test new verticals
- Collaborate cross-functionally and shape product directio**n

We’re looking for someone who:**
- Has 5+ years in B2B sales, 2+ in fintech/payments leadership
- Has proven team-building and coaching experience
- Has strong grasp of global markets and compliance
- Is a confident communicator and deal-closer
- Is fluent in English (Russian language is a plus)
