We’re building the future of crypto payments and scaling fast. Now we need a strategic finance leader to guide our growth, optimize unit economics, and prepare us for fundraising and expansion.

What you’ll do:
- Build scalable financial systems and forecasting models
- Optimize unit economics and cash flow
- Lead investor relations, fundraising, and M&A
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and fintech regulations
- Grow and lead the finance team

We’re looking for someone who:
- Has 3-5 years as CFO or Head of Finance in fintech or banking
- Knows B2B payment models and financial KPIs
- Has experience with venture funding, IPO, or M&A
- Understands IFRS and regulatory frameworks
- Is fluent in Ukrainian/Russian and upper-intermediate in English

Position: Lead Project Manager

We’re building the future of crypto payments and scaling fast. Now we need a delivery-driven leader to build our PMO, enforce execution standards, and accelerate product velocity across squads.

What you’ll do:
- Build and scale the PMO from scratch
- Drive planning, prioritization, and delivery excellence
- Coach PMs and define career paths
- Align initiatives with business strategy and manage dependencies
- Own delivery metrics, governance, and reporting
- Optimize tooling across Jira, GitHub, CI/CD, and more

We’re looking for someone who:
- Has 5+ years in IT project management, 2+ in leadership
- Has led teams of 10+ in fintech or crypto environments
- Knows Agile at scale and delivery frameworks (RICE, WSJF, DORA)
- Is fluent in Jira, Confluence, and stakeholder management
- Is fluent in Ukrainian/Russian and upper-intermediate in English
- Bonus: tech background or certifications (PMP, SAFe, LeSS)
