An international game studio, part of a large iGaming holding, is looking for an experienced Game Producer to lead the development of high-quality slot games. The role offers full ownership of the production cycle and the chance to work on innovative projects in a fast-growing environment 🎮

📍Location: Valencia, Spain (relocation support provided).

➡️ Responsibilities:

- Define and manage production roadmaps for slot games, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
- Oversee the full development lifecycle — from concept and prototyping to launch and live operations
- Build and track project plans with timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
- Collaborate closely with designers, developers, artists, and QA teams for smooth delivery
- Act as the main contact point between internal teams and external stakeholders
- Align game features with market trends and business objectives, working with marketing and analytics teams
- Document production processes, updates, and outcomes clearly and consistently
- Conduct competitor analysis to benchmark game mechanics and features
- Oversee testing to ensure games are polished, bug-free, and market-ready

➡️ Requirements:

- 3–5 years of experience in slot production with a strong track record in iGaming
- Deep understanding of the industry, player behavior, and market trends
- Familiarity with game engines (Unity, Unreal, or proprietary platforms)
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Passion for gaming and strong grasp of player engagement and retention strategies
- English: Upper-Intermediate or higher

International online entertainment company is hiring an Affiliate Manager to scale high-performing affiliate partnerships in iGaming. You’ll own the channel end-to-end in a fast-paced startup environment, focusing on traffic growth, CAC/LTV/ROI improvements, and long-term partner relationships. High autonomy, clear impact, and earnings tied to performance.

📌 Key Responsibilities:
– Recruit, onboard, and manage a portfolio of affiliates; activate new strategic partnerships
– Launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns (traffic quality, CAC, LTV, ROI)
– Build and maintain strong relationships to drive loyalty and scale results
– Analyze data, spot growth opportunities, and proactively initiate improvements
– Collaborate with growth, content, and design teams to hit targets
– Track performance, detect risk/fraud, and ensure compliance

💪 Requirements:
– Experience in affiliate/partnership marketing with measurable results
– Strong understanding of performance metrics and decision-making by data
– Proficient with tracking/attribution tools and analytics
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management
– Self-starter, comfortable in a startup pace; English B2+ (Upper-Intermediate)
– Nice to have: iGaming background, fast-growth startup experience, Russian fluency, leadership mindset
