⚡️Game Producer / iGaming⚡️

An international game studio, part of a large iGaming holding, is looking for an experienced Game Producer to lead the development of high-quality slot games. The role offers full ownership of the production cycle and the chance to work on innovative projects in a fast-growing environment 🎮

📍Location: Valencia, Spain (relocation support provided).

➡️ Responsibilities:

- Define and manage production roadmaps for slot games, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
- Oversee the full development lifecycle — from concept and prototyping to launch and live operations
- Build and track project plans with timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
- Collaborate closely with designers, developers, artists, and QA teams for smooth delivery
- Act as the main contact point between internal teams and external stakeholders
- Align game features with market trends and business objectives, working with marketing and analytics teams
- Document production processes, updates, and outcomes clearly and consistently
- Conduct competitor analysis to benchmark game mechanics and features
- Oversee testing to ensure games are polished, bug-free, and market-ready

➡️ Requirements:

- 3–5 years of experience in slot production with a strong track record in iGaming
- Deep understanding of the industry, player behavior, and market trends
- Familiarity with game engines (Unity, Unreal, or proprietary platforms)
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Passion for gaming and strong grasp of player engagement and retention strategies
- English: Upper-Intermediate or higher
