A fast-growing international product company in the iGaming sector is looking for an experienced CRM Manager to take full ownership of engagement & retention strategies across sports betting and casino brands 🎯
📍Format: Fully remote
➡️ Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute CRM strategies across the full customer lifecycle
- Manage campaigns via email, SMS, push & in-app channels
- Create advanced segmentation and personalized player journeys
- Run A/B tests and optimize KPIs with data-driven insights
- Build promotional calendars with bonus campaigns & gamification
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on-brand assets
➡️ Requirements:
- 3+ years CRM experience in casino/sports betting
- Strong knowledge of lifecycle communication, personalization & retention
- Hands-on with CRM platforms and multichannel campaigns
- Deep understanding of player journeys & bonus mechanics
- English: Upper-Intermediate+; Ukrainian/Russian fluent/native
