📢 CEO of Hospitality & Wellness Development (Cyprus)

📍 Location: Cyprus (with international travel as needed)

We are looking for a visionary and hands-on professional to lead investment and development projects in the hospitality and wellness sector on Cyprus. The main mission is to acquire and transform hotels into premium wellness destinations – including rehab clinics, spa & detox centers, and holistic wellness retreats.

This role combines real estate investment, hospitality development, and operational strategy, requiring both business acumen and experience in high-end hospitality or wellness industries.

🔑 Key Responsibilities
• Identify, evaluate, and acquire luxury hotel properties for redevelopment.
• Lead negotiations with property owners, investors, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee legal and financial due diligence in collaboration with lawyers and advisors.
• Develop and implement concepts for transforming hotels into wellness, rehab, spa, or detox facilities.
• Manage project execution: renovation, construction, licensing, certification.
• Build operational models, including staffing, service design, wellness programs, and marketing strategy.
• Coordinate with local authorities, regulators, and business partners in Cyprus.
• Control budgets, timelines, and project deliverables.
• Report directly to shareholders and investors on progress and ROI.

✅ Requirements
• Proven track record in hospitality real estate development or luxury hotel management.
• Experience in investment projects, M&A, or large-scale property acquisitions.
• Strong understanding of wellness, spa, medical tourism, or rehab industries.
• Solid knowledge of the Cyprus (or European) real estate & hospitality market.
• Excellent negotiation and project management skills.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and international contractors.
• Fluent in English and Ukr/Rus (mandatory).
• Entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on approach, and ability to deliver complex projects.
