• Lead and manage the customer support team
• Handle risk and incident management effectively

🎯 Candidate Requirements: • Minimum
5 years in senior customer service roles in iGaming • Strong leadership skills and experience in high-pressure, high-responsibility environments
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
• Hands-on experience with modern CRM and customer support tools
• Fluent in English and Russian or Ukrainian
