🚀** Chief Customer Support Officer (CCSO)
📍Location: Cyprus (with relocation support provided)

We are looking for an experienced leader to manage and scale the Customer Support function within the iGaming industry.

Responsibilities:
• Manage relationships with new and existing clients through CRM systems
• Ensure effective CRM performance across the full sales funnel
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients
• Oversee CRM strategies for registration, retention, activation, reactivation, and deposits
• Propose and test new methods to meet customer needs and improve satisfaction
• Support promo campaigns and events aimed at client acquisition
• Research contact center operations, monitor market trends, and track competitors
🎯
Requirements:• Proven track record in senior roles such as CEO, Head of Client Relations, Head of Customer Support, or equivalent leadership positions
• Strong expertise in CRM systems and analytics
• Deep understanding of customer journey touchpoints (email, SMS, calls, chats, messengers)
• Experience in sales and customer acquisition strategies
• Technical know-how in CRM and analytical tools
• Fluent English (B2–C1 level)
• Willingness to relocate to Cyprus
