Middle + Product Manager for MSP360 Team (Only Cyprus based)

We deliver data protection, provide remote support and simplify IT management.

Now we are looking for an experienced Middle+ Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B product management, particularly within on-premise and cloud infrastructure IT and managed services provider (MSP) businesses. This role requires a strategic thinker who can advocate for customer needs while aligning product development with overall business objectives.

✅ Requirements and skills:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.

- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, particularly in B2B settings.

- Product Management: Proven track record in managing key company products, with a focus on understanding customer needs and competitive landscape.

- Technical Acumen: Proficiency in understanding algorithms and technology details that impact business outcomes.

- Market Insight: Ability to think holistically about market trends and technological developments.

- Methodologies: Familiarity with Pragmatic Marketing and Product Led Growth frameworks is a plus.

✅ Responsibilities:

- Customer Engagement: Gather and prioritize customer and market requirements, effectively advocating for user and buyer needs.

- Market Analysis: Deeply understand customer purchase motivations, competitive offerings, and market dynamics.

- Performance Metrics: Set objectives, define business drivers, and establish metrics for evaluating key features.

- Strategic Alignment: Define product strategy, vision, and roadmap to align with the overall business strategy.

- Collaboration with R&D: Work closely with the R&D team to define requirements for features, manage escalations, and prioritize backlog items. Collaborate with the Development Lead to scope releases.

- Business Reporting: Monitor and report on key business indicators, user feedback, and Net Promoter Score (NPS).

- Marketing Collaboration: Partner with the Marketing team to define product positioning and support product and feature launches.

- Program Management: Run beta tests and early adopter programs as necessary to refine products based on real user feedback.

- Product Leadership: Act as a product leader within the organization, championing the product vision and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
