Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent English
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

- Basic Figma skills, so you don’t ask the design team to make very small tweaks when you need them
- Hands-on experience with ESP systems, preferably HubSpot
