Account Manager for MSP360 Sales Team

We deliver data protection, provide remote support and simplify IT management.
Now we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager.
The MSP360 Account Management team works closely with our existing customers to drive MSP360 adoption and expand our current footprint. This role is responsible for retaining and growing existing customers, driving ongoing adoption, managing renewals, and selling additional licenses. Additionally, you will collaborate with the rest of the MSP360 organization to further enhance our products and services.
✅ What will you do:
- Drive retention and growth among our most valuable customers by understanding their business needs and supporting their success.
- Maintain a cadence of communication with customers about their requirements, roadblocks, and look for opportunities to expand;
- Identify customers to act as MSP360 advocates;
Collaborate closely with Sales Engineers to deliver the full technical promise of our solution.
- Align resources across the MSP360 teams as needed to support customers’ needs;
- Represent the voice of the customer to optimize the sales process and product roadmap.
✅ You have:
- Experience in an Account Management, Business Development, Customer Success, or similar customer-facing role;
- Experience working with customers remotely;
- Exceptional communication skills, highly organized, collaborative and detail-oriented;
- Experience building and maintaining relationships, while working to mitigate churn and drive engagement and renewals;
- Experience in developing existing customer accounts, spotting new opportunities, and closing deals with existing customers;
- An empathetic and proactive attitude with a desire to help our customers reach their goals.

- With a results-driven mentality and a bias for speed and action;
- Using your strong analytical skills, you are able to translate data into action;

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Sales Support Specialist to become a vital member of our Sales Operations team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our sales function, ensuring smooth operational processes and enabling our sales representatives to focus on closing deals and building customer relationships. Your primary focus will be managing billing and licensing requests, and providing timely support to the sales team for day-to-day inquiries.
✅ Key Responsibilities
Billing & Licensing Management:
- Efficiently process and fulfill routine customer billing requests (invoices, pro-formas, credit memos).
- Accurately manage software license provisioning, renewals, modifications, and cancellations based on sales orders and contracts.
- Address basic customer billing and licensing inquiries, escalating complex issues as needed.
Sales Team Support:
- Act as the first point of contact for the sales team regarding basic operational questions (e.g., quote status, contract details, order processing steps, basic product/pricing info).
- Assist sales reps with navigating internal systems and processes.
- Help prepare standard sales documentation or reports as requested.
