🚀 Head of E-commerce (Conditions & Microdose) — Pink Elephant

🌿 Mission — Lead the full 0→1 build of a multi-country e-commerce business selling legal mental health products (CBD, microdosing, and more) tailored to specific states like energy, focus, anxiety.

💼 Your role — You’ll be the internal founder, shaping vision, product strategy, and financial models for multiple markets. You’ll launch pilots, scale sales channels, own P&L, and hit ambitious growth targets — including $300K ARR and 10%+ margin in 6 months.

📈 What you’ll drive:
— Craft and execute condition-based e-commerce strategy and product mix
— Integrate self-diagnostics to personalise recommendations
— Build SKU matrix across own-brand, partner, and marketplace products
— Launch and optimise acquisition funnels via influencers, affiliates, SEO, paid media
— Lead a small cross-functional growth team and secure funding from internal & external investors

🔥 Who we’re looking for — Founder-minded operator with $5M+ DTC/marketplace track record, experience in wellness/supplements/CBD, data-driven decision-making, and skill in securing buy-in from boards to creators alike.
