Looking for Global Head of E-commerce at Pink Elephant — a venture builder + fund in science-based psychedelic wellness. Role: internal founder (EIR/CPO-level) to build and scale a cross-border ecom business from scratch.

BU Head/GM (fix+bonus) or Entrepreneur in Residence (lower fix+equity) format type of role.

Mission: build a DTC platform around mental health states (anxiety, focus, energy, etc.) — combining diagnostics + curated CBD/microdose/wellness products. Think Zamnesia meets telehealth funnel.

Key Profile:
— Built or scaled DTC/marketplace to $5M+
— Hands-on with P&L, CAC/LTV, financial modelling
— Deep in regulated/sensitive categories (CBD, medtech, supplements)
— Full-stack growth: SEO, influencers, paid, affiliates
— Obsessive about data, fast in testing/iteration
— Sharp storyteller (can pitch investors + brief creators same day)
— Curious about mental health, psychedelics, early-stage chaos
