🚀 Senior Growth Marketing Lead (Remote / Europe)
Pink Elephant – a venture builder in progressive mental health (psychedelics, telemedicine, wellness) – is looking for a senior-level Growth Marketing Manager to scale our multi-product ecosystem across the UK, EU and beyond.

🧠 What you’ll own:

* Strategy & execution across paid media, affiliate, influencer, email/SMS, and new channels (TikTok, Reddit, etc)
* Full-funnel performance: from first click → to diagnostic tools → to daily engagement
* Creative & analytical testing: ROAS, LTV cohorts, incrementality? Your playground.
* Influence across the business: work closely with CPO, CMO, product & brand teams

✨ Who we’re looking for:

* A hands-on growth strategist with proven experience in B2C (healthtech, wellness, DTC, or adjacent)
* Someone who’s scaled Meta/TikTok/Google campaigns + isn’t afraid to test weird ideas
* You’ve worked across multiple markets (UK/EU/US) and understand performance nuance
* Strong grasp of growth analytics & ability to prioritize high-leverage bets
