EffectiveSoft is seeking a hands-on Data Solution Architect who will boost our data expertise and help us define and drive data strategy across the clients.

📍 Primary location: Poland (though we're open to strong profiles across other EU countries)
💼 Contract: B2B or UoP
🌍 Mode: Remote or hybrid

We’re looking for someone who:**

- Stays close to the hands-on coding while architecting scalable data solutions
- Navigates stacks like AWS / Azure / GCP / Oracle, Python, Snowflake, dbt, Spark, Airflow, and the like
- Leads by example and mentors engineers toward architectural thinking
- Confidently engages with clients, translates real needs into tech strategy and proactively suggests improvements and new ideas
- Speaks Russian natively and is fluent in English (you’ll use both regularly in team and client settings)
