EffectiveSoft is starting a transformation journey with a new US client – a B2B data solutions company that helps marketers and data teams clean, enrich, and secure customer data for better accuracy and ROI.

We’re seeking a Senior Product & UX/UI Designer to lead the redesign of their high-traffic platform. The product brings real value, but its user experience needs to be reimagined to match the company’s next stage of growth – and that’s where you come in.

You’ll take ownership of the full UX transformation: shaping research, driving design decisions, modernizing the platform and introducing design practices that raise the bar across the team.

🛠 We’re looking for:

- 5+ years in Product or UX/UI Design (2+ in a senior or lead capacity), ideally gained in IT consulting or other fast-moving setups working with diverse US and EU clients
- Experience in end-to-end product design and UX processes
- Background in B2B SaaS or complex systems
- Strong Figma and UX research skills
- Fluency in English and Russian

We’re looking for someone who:**

- Stays close to the hands-on coding while architecting scalable data solutions
- Navigates stacks like AWS / Azure / GCP / Oracle, Python, Snowflake, dbt, Spark, Airflow, and the like
- Leads by example and mentors engineers toward architectural thinking
- Confidently engages with clients, translates real needs into tech strategy and proactively suggests improvements and new ideas
- Speaks Russian natively and is fluent in English (you’ll use both regularly in team and client settings)
